A lot of legal terms are tossed about as though they mean the same thing, even among lawyers. Two commonly interchanged terms are "litigator" and "trial lawyer." A litigator may be a trial lawyer, and a trial lawyer may be a litigator. An attorney doesn't necessarily have to be both, but most are. click here to read more....
